Job Title

The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking a highly skilled legal professional to assist with litigation and provide expert guidance on housing and employment matters. As an Associate General Counsel, you will play a vital role in managing legal issues essential to protecting the organization's interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

This position focuses primarily on litigation, encompassing all phases of legal disputes, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution. You will also provide expert guidance on housing and employment-related issues and represent the organization in various administrative and judicial proceedings.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience). The organization also offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

A valid Ohio Vehicle Operator's license and insurability under the organization's standards are required.
