Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual is required to lead our team at Macquarie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, including processing deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure effective operational management and implement changes as required.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  1. Drive sales growth and achieve store budgets and KPIs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to provide excellent service.
  3. Design and execute visual merchandising plans to create an engaging in-store experience.
  4. Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence.
