Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Account Coordinator to join our Public Relations department in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of clients, industries, and competitors.
  • Creating high-quality client communications materials, including status reports and campaign summaries.
  • Observing and learning from senior team members' strategies.
  • Participating in team and client meetings, and sharing views internally and externally.
  • Using proprietary tools like Digital Catalyst Cards and the Creative Catalyst Network.
  • Familiarity with research and measurement methodologies and resources.
  • Monitoring media coverage of clients and supporting daily administrative tasks.

  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
