Position Overview

As an Aquatic Education Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of different abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Dynamic and engaging teaching approach.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Empathy towards the needs of learners.

Qualifications Required:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certification.
  • Working With Children Check or equivalent.
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent.
