Our Trivett Dealership, representing Subaru, has an opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team at Narellan.

About the Role:

This role will see you lead and direct our workshop team in a fast-paced and agile environment. You'll guide your team through clear and consistent communication, understanding productivity and efficiency drivers to effectively allocate tasks to ensure work is completed each day.

As an overview, you will:

  • Identify and oversee repairs of technical issues, providing support to technicians to build their knowledge base.
  • E nsure all work is completed within Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety checks are completed.
  • Complete quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions, identifying additional work where required (EVHC) and liaising with Service Advisors to provide feedback to customers.

About You:

  • Proven leadership capability and ability to work in a busy service centre.
  • Have a good eye for detail and a clear understanding of workshop operations.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Hold a current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
  • You must have a valid, current driver's licence for this role.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
