About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor a diverse workforce, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support strategies.
  • Collaborate with Employment Coaches to conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes, and business requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a production environment with a proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to a diverse team.
  • Forklift license (desirable)
  • Experience in disability support will be highly regarded.
  • Able to supervise and mentor supported employees.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License.
