About The Role

This role will manage the corporate brands using customer and market insights to attract inbound leads and foster lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals and financial targets.
  2. Deliver integrated communications, tactical, and content plans.
  3. Establish and manage a digital marketing strategy that supports growth plans.
  4. Champion customer insights, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and behaviour.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and assess their impact.
  6. Validate marketing value through internal communications, brand development, and growth initiatives.
  7. Oversee brand management, web, and social media channels to ensure consistent engagement and alignment.
  8. Own and maintain brand style guides.
  9. Manage relationships with external providers (creative, digital, analytics).
  10. Monitor ROI of all marketing activities, ensuring measurable results and alignment with budgets.
  11. Approve and oversee marketing expenditure.
  12. Partner with divisions to support sales and operations.
  13. Deliver timely reports and insights.
  14. Chair meetings to track progress and alignment.
  15. Balance priorities across both businesses.
  16. Manage CRM, ensuring data integrity, workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
