We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Adviser to join our team at KBR. As a Senior Safety Adviser, you will be responsible for providing safety governance, support, and partnership to various contractor organisations, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for and uphold the highest level of safety across multiple concurrent infrastructure, maintenance, and construction projects.
- Lead safety governance and assurance programs on behalf of KBR & SA Water.
- Manage incident prevention and response across live sites, corporate offices, 3rd party areas, and sub-contractor environments.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs, including workshops, group meetings, safety walks, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Identify improvements, areas for innovation, and technology-based solutions to enhance safety performance.
