Early Childhood Educator Role

Mini Masterminds is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join their team. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the educational team to achieve collective goals.
  • Facilitate a caring environment for all children.
  • Drive initiatives and curriculum activities to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Observe and document children's progress in line with EYLF and NQS guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding routines, progress, and challenges.
  • Assist with program implementation and experiences tailored to individual children's needs.
  • Contribute to documenting children's skills and interests through reflective practice.
  • Maintain a well-organized physical environment.
  • Engage in professional communication with families and caregivers.

About You:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Full-time availability
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Child Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Desire to work in early childhood education
