  • Documentation and Training: Develop plans, procedures, work instructions, manuals, and other technical documentation for use by personnel.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with other teams through delivery and escalation processes of the team's tasks.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Plan, monitor, and report on progress of activities within your team's assigned work packages.
Requirements
  • Essential Experience: Working experience in server, desktop, and Active Directory administration and support in a medium-to-large scale environment, preferably in the public or defense sector.
  • Active Directory Administration: Comparable experience of administering a multi-domain/Active Directory user environment over a wide area TCP/IP network.
  • Windows Active Directory and Related Technologies: Experience with Windows Active Directory and other related technologies such as DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Networking, Storage, and Backup: Networking, Storage, and Backup experience.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Modern Server Hardware Concepts: Solid understanding of modern server hardware concepts with knowledge of VCE vBlock, NetApp, EMC, and Cisco hardware an advantage.
  • SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint, EMC Networker: Experience with SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint, EMC Networker.
  • Citrix VDI Deployments and McAfee Products: Experience with Citrix VDI deployments and the integration with McAfee products.
  • ITIL Foundation v3 Certified: ITIL Foundation v3 certified.
  • Virtualization Technologies: Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware management suite.
  • SharePoint Power User: SharePoint Power User experience.
