We are seeking a seasoned Fleet Administration Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our vehicle fleet.

The successful candidate will have expertise in procurement, contract management and vehicle administration, with a focus on safety, sustainability and operational continuity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and is motivated by contributing to the delivery of essential healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of fleet management, from acquisition and utilisation through to maintenance, replacement planning and compliance.
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, regional directors and external providers to deliver cost-effective and compliant outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a combination of qualifications and substantial experience in fleet management and operations.
  • Strong experience in fleet operations and management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and overall portfolio oversight.
  • Proficient in corporate financial and administrative systems, with hands-on experience using fleet management and telematics platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong track record in influencing, negotiating and building productive networks.
