Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cycle counts, correct stock variances, and inaccuracies
  • Support the management of a roster of 5 full-time staff and 20-30 casual staff
  • Foster a culture that takes pride in performance, delivery, and work environment
  • Develop and contribute to 'best in class' processes within the warehouse
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Supervise normal operational activities from receiving to dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and maintain a clean working environment
  • Supervise and lead warehouse teams to achieve team KPIs and goals
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses a problem-solving mentality and analytical nature
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions promptly
  • A team player who sees the value in supporting all parts of the business
  • Must have knowledge of warehouse procedures
  • AP21 system experience highly regarded
  • A forklift ticket is essential; LO is an advantage
  • Exposure to ERP/WMS and automated warehouse operations
  • Exposure to OH&S and understanding of safe work practices
  • Knowledge in apparel and footwear is an advantage but not essential
