Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned professional to take on the challenge of driving business growth in a defined market region. As an Area Sales Manager at INEOS Automotive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive volume growth across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement innovative sales and after-sales strategies for the region, taking into account national laws, licensing requirements, and market complexities.
  2. Work closely with the dealer network to develop and support sales strategies that drive volume growth across all sales channels.
  3. Align regional strategies with the wider commercial setup, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  4. Establish a business model and ways of working with regional partners, allocating relevant KPIs and performance measurement practices.
  5. Lead the establishment, qualification, and management of the sales network for the Grenadier in the assigned region.
Requirements
  • Proven track record (3-5 yrs) in general management, sales, sales planning, sales steering, and marketing, with a proven background in network development and insights.
  • Knowledge of fleet sales and business development within SMEs.
  • International customer experience and product launch business development experience, bringing a creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking is more important than automotive sector experience.
  • Experience working in a top management environment in the automotive OEM/industry and having the ability to quickly adapt to changing objectives and market requirements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experiences trends.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, IT literacy, commercial acumen, process-driven, and independent working approach while being highly customer/partner oriented.
