Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Excellence Programs are designed to empower participants by unleashing their unique cultural perspectives.
The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the organization, its policies, processes, standards, and culture.
Participants will develop their expertise to support business functions while rotating across different areas of the business to gain diverse experience and exposure.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
- Hold or be graduating with a tertiary qualification in any field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, etc.
- Effective communication skills, teamwork abilities, sound computing skills, strategic thinking, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with a commercial mindset are essential for success.
This is a fixed-term, 2-year graduate program offering a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
