Delivering Civil Engineering Excellence
About the Role- To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for delivering civil engineering services in line with project requirements and statutory regulations.
- You will design process plant platforms, access roads, drainage and associated infrastructure in challenging terrain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of engineering proposals and monitor progress, reporting any discrepancies.
- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering is essential.
- CPENG/RPEQ certification or chartered status is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design engineering is necessary.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, 12D, or Civil 3D is a must.
- Strong analytical skills are required, along with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Able to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels, with a commitment to mentoring and coaching personnel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a willingness to travel highly desirable.
