Key Responsibilities:



  • Take detailed client briefs to understand clients' property goals
  • Stay abreast of market conditions, the real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property news
  • Sourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings that tick your client's boxes
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks
  • Negotiate purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clients
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
  • Be a master relationship builder, wowing your clients at every touchpoint, and securing repeat and ongoing business


Qualifications:



  • Have a valid Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Have proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market
  • Have exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Have the utmost ethical standards, serving your customers with honesty, integrity, and their best interests at the core
