About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to lead our team at Priceline Pharmacy Strathpine. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy team to ensure the proper and efficient running of the dispensary;
  • Ensure all Pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards;
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer's needs are met;
  • Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations;
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the local community;
  • Manage financial performance and ensure that the Pharmacy meets budgetary goals;
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement.
About You

We are looking for a hands-on Pharmacist with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude who can develop and inspire their team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.

  • Essential - Must be registered Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Essential - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
  • Essential - Immunisation certification
  • Desirable – Flexibility to cover additional shifts
  • Desirable - Retail Pharmacy industry experience;
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Empathetic nature and understanding of people's needs;
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure;
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
