We are seeking a Home Care Worker to join our team in the Hornsby area. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide home help services to our aged care clients, such as general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and social support.

Job Description:

In this role, you will work independently to provide high-quality care to our clients. You will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and household chores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 months or more experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
