About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to our business on a range of commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, property and leasing, projects, and litigation.
  • Assist with the negotiation and drafting of significant contracts and agreements.
  • Work closely with our General Counsel and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective legal processes and procedures to support the business.
  • Provide training and guidance to other team members on commercial and corporate law.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, property and leasing, projects, and litigation.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • High EQ and ability to manage processes and people.
