**Job Description**: You'll have full accountability for the smooth operation of our night-fill department. This means meeting deadlines, maintaining exceptional store presentation, and driving sales growth through effective stock management.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and maintain high standards of rostering and compliance.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation: Ensure our stores are visually appealing, meet food safety and compliance standards, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Culture and Customer Experience: Foster a one-team culture that celebrates success, prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing, and delivers an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
