Job Title: Home Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate support worker to care for elderly individuals and those with diverse abilities.

This role involves providing high-quality domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, errands, and companionship. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Transporting clients to appointments and running errands
  2. Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
  3. Providing emotional support and companionship
  4. Cleaning and disinfecting domestic areas
  5. Laundry and ironing services
  6. Outdoor cleaning of balconies, steps, and driveways
Key Requirements

Ideal candidates have experience in home care, hospitality, or customer service and demonstrate empathy, kindness, and a genuine interest in supporting clients at home. Essential requirements include:

  1. Experience in cleaning and domestic work
  2. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  3. First Aid and CPR certifications
  4. A willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
  5. A minimum of 15 hours/week availability with consistent scheduling
