Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team based in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the assigned territory to achieve consistent sales growth and meet sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meeting customer education and in-service requirements
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Maintaining close relationships with key accounts and ensuring their requirements are being met by our products
  • Conducting education and case support within Cardiac, Vascular & Radiology Catheterisation Labs & associated wards and personnel
What You Will Bring:
  • Prior experience selling vascular devices is ideal and medical device selling is highly advantageous
  • Degree level preferred in a science discipline or equivalent
  • Proven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex, solution selling environment
  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer focused and empathetic
  • Ability to quickly absorb clinical information
