Job Description

Wood Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Integrity Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in structural analysis and design, as well as leading the development of integrity management plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of structural integrity management plans and strategies
  • Provide technical expertise in structural analysis and design, including knowledge of offshore structures, floating systems, near-shore marine structures, and onshore structures
  • Experience in structural design and assessments as per International and Australian codes and standards
  • Analysis skills in SACS and Staad Pro software, with knowledge of SESAM and USFOS an added advantage
  • Knowledge of FEA software such as ANSYS and ABAQUS an added advantage
  • Experience in the field of Structural Integrity Management, including risk assessment and RBI development
  • Lead more junior team members in the project management and technical delivery of structural engineering projects
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Naval Architecture from an accredited University
  • Masters or Ph.D. degrees will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 8 years' work experience in structural engineering
  • Experience in structural analysis and design, including knowledge of offshore structures, floating systems, near-shore marine structures, and onshore structures
  • Experience in structural design and assessments as per International and Australian codes and standards
  • Analysis skills in SACS and Staad Pro software
  • Knowledge of SESAM and USFOS an added advantage
  • Knowledge of FEA software such as ANSYS and ABAQUS an added advantage
  • Experience in the field of Structural Integrity Management, including risk assessment and RBI development
