Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead our talent development initiatives. This role will involve designing and delivering training programs, recruiting new team members, and building career development pathways.

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent development, training, or organisational development, and be a strategic thinker with a practical approach.

  • This is an executive-level position that involves leading the charge on people development.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver effective training programs to upskill our sales associates.
  2. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and onboard new team members.
  3. Develop and implement career development pathways and succession plans aligned with business growth.
  4. Cultivate leadership skills through coaching and mentoring.
  5. Enhance onboarding experiences for new hires.
  6. Prioritise performance frameworks, feedback, and recognition programs.
  7. Embark on initiatives to strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and embed best practices in learning and development.

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

  • Experience in talent development, training, or organisational development.
  • A proven ability to connect, inspire, and drive results.
  • A strategic mindset with a practical approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for developing people and cultures.

Bonus Points For:

  • Real estate or property industry experience.
  • Coaching or leadership accreditation.
  • Familiarity with psychometric tools, performance platforms, or HR tech.
  • Previous experience rolling out large-scale training or change programs.
