About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Toowong. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative software solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure software outcomes meet organisational objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of technical solutions, guiding the team through the implementation process and ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and excellence by encouraging the team to adhere to best practices, standards, and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting them in navigating technical challenges and improving their skills.
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive software development experience with a focus on designing and building high-quality systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding the design and architecture of both new and existing systems.
  • Strong expertise in Java,.NET, and React for versatile development.
  • Familiarity with Cloud services like AWS and Azure for scalable solutions.
  • Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for efficient application design.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
