Ground Services Manager
We are seeking a dynamic leader as the Ground Services Manager at Mackay Airport. In this key role, you will oversee our operations, managing Ramp and Customer Services for airline customers.
Your Role:
As the Ground Services Manager, your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our valued Airline Customers based on trust, respect, and exceeding their expectations. You will also manage functional relationships with all other airport stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance: Drive and enforce Safety and Compliance standards in accordance with Airline and Company Standard Operating Procedures
- Cultivate cohesive relationships with the Airport Authority and Airline Customer stakeholders
- Manage staff performance and provide objective feedback, guidance, and support
- Effectively communicate Safety and Compliance updates through regular Toolbox meetings
- Efficiently plan and schedule daily resources minimizing overtime
- Oversee regular Airline and Company audits presenting feedback and results to key stakeholders
