Coastal Engineering Leader

Lead a technical team focused on coastal modelling, maritime engineering, and marine infrastructure.
This position involves providing visible leadership, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer focus, driving commercial performance, and resourcing capability development.
Mentor future leaders, ensure regional priorities are aligned with national goals, and play a key role in winning work and building trusted relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of experts in coastal modelling, maritime engineering, and marine infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced leader who has proven ability to lead a technical team, drive commercial performance, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coastal or maritime engineering, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
A postgraduate qualification in business, leadership, or project management is desirable.
