About the RoleThe Relationship Analyst forms part of the Regional Team, providing valuable prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers. They enable them to develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and help clients achieve their goals.
- Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients and client advisors.
- Oversee the journey from client request to settlement.
- Initiate branch prudential management tasks and comprehensive CDD risk analysis in AML/CTF, KYC requirements, and other operational tasks.
- Support MAC Account Managers in responding quickly and efficiently to client requirements.
- Promote collaboration by engaging in effective communication with MAC Account Managers and MAC credit analysts.
- Prepare loan applications and interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks.
- Utilize workflow tools and processes to provide stakeholders with clear oversight on workload and capacity.
- Collaborate with MAC Account Managers and MAC Credit Analysts on client reviews.
- Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, liaising with MAC Manager(s) and taking appropriate action.
- Maintain compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
