Hotel Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Hotel Service Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests at all times.

• This role requires providing service excellence from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
• You will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, showcasing a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• You will complete various hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different, including selling hotel facilities, preparing and delivering food, and maintaining guest accounts.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
• Assist guests at our new self-check-in kiosks, streamlining the check-in process.
• Brief guests on features and benefits of loyalty programs, signing them up if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with prior customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment. You should have strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera. Additionally, you must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues. Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation are essential.

We value a natural ability to surprise guests with authentic service, setting you apart from the rest. A genuine customer service focus and strong dedication to making guests smile during their stay are also required. Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
