- You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
- You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- You must be willing to put in the effort to succeed.
- Deliveries: Utilising our E-Bike, you will be taking deliveries to local customers.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Our customer comes first. This means every interaction with the customer is polite, friendly, and served with a smile.
- Cash Handling: For those deliveries requiring cash payment, a basic level of mathematics is required to provide accurate change for orders.
- Taking Customers Orders: You will be crossed trained and educated on how to serve customers both over the phone & instore.
- Store Cleanliness: When not out on delivery, you will be assisting the team on tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.
