Physiotherapist - Clinical Caseload Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Optimum Health Solutions. As a Physiotherapist - Clinical Caseload Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including treating Musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of clients living with a disability.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload, undertaking assessment, diagnosis, and the evidence-based management of clients, using a range of tools and equipment.
- Provide care to a clinically stimulating caseload, including clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post operative orthopaedics rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
- Provide client-centred clinical care with a view to maximising functional capacity, achieving goals, optimising client health, function, and independence in the long term.
- Maintain administrative duties, including relevant documentation and reporting associated with optimal client care.
- A state-of-the-art facility and a collaborative team of Allied Health Professionals, including fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, and Podiatrists.
