About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Educator to join our team at a brand new, vibrant daycare and early learning centre located near a local primary school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified educator to lead the planning and delivery of engaging activities, foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, and promote teamwork and respect for diversity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate are also essential requirements for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
  • Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
  • Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures
About Us

Welcome to our state-of-the-art early learning centre, designed to provide a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

We offer long day care and a fun-filled kindergarten program, with extended hours to fit into your busy family schedule.

Our centre is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, and we can welcome up to 100 children.
