Job Title: Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Store Leader to join our team. As a Retail Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

About the Role:

This role involves leading a team of retail staff, including sales assistants, customer service representatives, and stockroom personnel. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will also be responsible for managing the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and sales performance.

In addition, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
