The Role:
As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial health of Explorers Early Learning and Buildcare.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing financial operations, preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reports, developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and cost management.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow and ensure the company's financial stability.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced and skilled finance professional who can lead our financial operations and drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in management and financial accounting, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
