About the Role

The Planner will play a pivotal part in shaping our company's delivery outcomes, championing robust systems and processes to ensure effective preparation and planning of work packages. This includes scoping work packages accurately, coordinating materials and services, packaging work efficiently, and validating Reasonable Estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately scope work packages to enable seamless execution.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to minimize delays and rework.
  • Packaging work to optimize travel time and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive planning folders for efficient field delivery.
  • Validate and update Reasonable Estimates to ensure accurate planning.
  • Book third-party services as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to assess safe and efficient methodologies.
  • Notify relevant authorities and secure equipment as required.

About You

We are seeking a self-motivated planner with deep knowledge of electrical networks and maintenance operations. Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is experience in electrical network planning, construction, or maintenance.

Requirements include:

  • Extensive experience in electrical network planning, construction, or maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and GIS mapping tools.
  • Ability to prepare switching sheets with precision and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and VESI requirements.
  • Agility managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Organizing and planning work with strong attention to detail.
