**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a casual role that offers flexibility and autonomy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to manage client matters from start to completion.

- Preparing and managing settlements in PEXA, focusing on estates and conveyancing.

- Maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and handling invoicing and collections.

- Providing administrative support for the principal lawyer and managing document filing and retention.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- At least one year of experience in a legal role involving estates and conveyancing.

- Expertise in preparing and closing settlements on PEXA.

- Proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel) as well as Adobe Acrobat.

- Strong time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks.

**Work Schedule and Availability:**

The role requires a minimum of two days per week, including Fridays. Office hours are 9am to 5pm, and your working hours can be adjusted if required.
