Adhesive Manufacturing Factory Role

Job Description:

In this dynamic and exciting role, you will be responsible for putting caps on products, boxing products, and preparing them for dispatch. As you gain experience and confidence in your abilities, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as filling cannisters and operating the mixing line to create adhesives.

Long term, once you are comfortable and confident working in the factory, you may be trained on the mixing line to create adhesives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Forklift Licence is preferred.
  • Experience within a warehouse/factory environment
  • A strong work ethic
  • High attention to detail
  • The capability to manually shift and move heavy items in the factory
Benefits:

Once you start in your new position, you will get the opportunity to learn and upskill, an opportunity for permanent employment after a probationary period, an opportunity for a monthly production bonus, full time hours Monday to Friday, $32 / hour + super + OT penalties.

Full time hours 6:30am to 3pm - Monday to Friday
