Our skilled survey consultancy teams ensure comprehensive oversight of any asphalt surfacing initiative, minimizing risks and facilitating a smooth journey to project success.

In this role, you will leverage our exclusive PaveSmart Technology alongside various level control systems and survey data to aid in the material laying process. Your contributions will guarantee that clients adhere to their depth level specifications, contract tolerances, and smoothness standards.

This position is casual with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with site supervisors and engineering personnel.
  • Maintain regular communication with plant operators and site teams to uphold level controls.
  • Operate the Asphalt Paving Machine utilizing our proprietary PaveSmart system.
  • Establish control networks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Asphalt Level Hand.
  • Background in Asphalt Labouring or Operating.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • RII and/or VOCs are advantageous.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and police background check.
