Electronic Gaming Host Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Electronic Gaming Host to join our team at a vibrant entertainment hub in Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet guests at the entrance to the gaming area.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve excellent service standards and repeat business.

- Sign up new members to our loyalty programme.

- Assist the marketing department in various activities including promotions, tournaments, gift days, events, functions, and rewards programmes.

Requirements:

- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.

- Experience in a guest service-related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Computer literacy essential.
