Job Opportunity at Highgrove Trading

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Stockroom Associate to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

About the Role:

  • Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers
  • Delivering orders to customers
  • Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers
  • Data entry, invoicing, and receipt of stock
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry
  • Cycle counts and stock takes
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection

Requirements:

  • Forklift License required
  • Driver's License required
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficiency in English
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork, and computer programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
