Technical Lead D365

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales support for Microsoft D365 opportunities; contribute to portfolio offerings and demand generation.
  • Develop requirements definitions, solution development, workshop facilitation, customer-facing consulting activities.
  • Oversight of solution deployment, project execution technical best practices; delivery oversight.
  • Strategic client engagement; trusted advisor for Microsoft D365; technical relationships and lead workshops with the customer SME's, prepare slides for the workshops & present and run the sessions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Support sales teams and customers in defining high-quality solutions based on customer business requirements.
  • Ownership of solution design throughout the sales cycle and deployment phases.
  • Full responsibility for technical input to qualification and business approval meetings, designing larger more complex solutions.
  • Shaping technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer and making solution/service trade-offs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as the D365 Solution Architect for large, complex solutions.
  • Regularly has large, complex designs, incorporating trade-offs from the original specification, accepted by the relevant business approval review, without any requirement for design changes.
  • Authoring design and test documents for large, complex solutions, whose risk and cost elements are accepted by the customer or Project Manager.
Technology and Solution Architecture:
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem with focus on Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, collaboration technologies within Office365 as well as Azure.
  • Experience in implementing, architecting or specifying key Microsoft technologies, with significant depth in Cloud.
