Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a premium global brand
  • A genuine interest in movement and community culture, particularly running and training, and how it translates to social media
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape in AUSNZ, including creator culture, social trends, and cultural-first media channels
  • Expertise in writing and managing creative briefs that inspire agency and creative teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating spend effectively to support business objectives
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across time zones and within a matrixed structure
