We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to join our team in Carnarvon, Midwest region. As a key member of the community health team, you will be responsible for providing child health, school health, and immunization services to the local community.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of primary health care principles and their application in practice.
- Experience in community nursing and postgraduate qualifications or working towards one.
- Proven knowledge of delivering health promotion programs and advocating for clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with minimal supervision.
