Empowering Lives Disability Support Specialist

Exceptional care and support are at the heart of every interaction in our disability support workforce. As a dedicated professional, you'll work with participants who require assistance with daily living activities, providing tailored support to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
About the Role- We're seeking an individual to join our team in South Brisbane, where you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.
You'll work closely with participants who require assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support. Our 24/7 roster structure offers flexibility, with various shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.
Qualifications and Experience- Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field
- Hands-on experience in the industry, with a focus on mental health, high care, or complex behaviours
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, Blue Card, and Yellow Card
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
