About the Role

As a key member of our retail team, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our Carousel store. This role requires a sales-driven leader with experience in managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, leading a top-performing store. You will coach, develop, and provide feedback to your team to maximize every sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment for your team and customers.
  • Step in as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing the store.
  • Manage daily stock to minimize losses and maximize sales.
  • Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
