Production Team Member

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our team. As part of our ongoing growth, this role involves helping to package and process herb harvests at our farm in Devon Meadows.

The successful candidate will work in a cool room environment, selecting herbs from boxes and placing them in sleeves or punnets to ensure high-quality products are ready for stores.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about herbs and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of up to 40 production staff, working on a rotating 6-day roster, Monday to Saturday.

To be successful in this role, you must have valid working rights in Australia and be able to transport yourself to the worksite, as there is no public transport available. You must also be available to work Saturdays.

We offer competitive remuneration under the Horticulture Award, starting at level 1 ($21.38) for staff with no experience, with an expectation that they progress to level 2 ($21.97) after completing probation.
