Job Title: Metocean Service Line Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the growth of our Metocean service line into new markets. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and strategic business development professional to drive business expansion and revenue growth.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, with expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the Metocean service line, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to leverage business development opportunities.


This role requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the Metocean service line, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to align business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Metocean services market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
