Position Description

As an experienced Cardiology Nurse, you will join our multidisciplinary team in the busy Cardiac Catheter Laboratories at Royal North Shore Hospital.

The RN will ensure the provision of safe nursing care to all patients within the Cardiac Catheter Laboratories. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To meet the following criteria:

  • A Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Recent experience working in a Cath Lab or Radiology environment
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
