About the Role

As a member of the Bathroom Life team, you will support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. Your role will involve assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders, and providing expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day

A typical day will involve:

  • Assisting customers in selecting bathroom products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on bathroom design and installation
  • Visiting customers on-site to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Ensuring the showroom is running smoothly and safely

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
