About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to join our team at Delivering 4 Customers. This is a unique opportunity to work on a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years, delivering design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across Sydney Water's southern region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Setting daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources.
  • Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects.
  • Contributing to constructability reviews with respect to design development.
  • Undertaking tender evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages.
  • Ensuring quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications and arranging corrections or modifications as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Analysing project documentation, progress reporting, and compliance reporting.
  • Managing performance of subcontractors and Self-Perform Workforce to successfully deliver work and project outcomes.
  • Liaising and coordinating with external parties and statutory authorities and managing their attendance on site as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience.
  • NSW Driver's Licence.
  • White Card.
What We Offer

We welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
